چکیده:
مقدمه: تصویر بدنی منفی و پیامدهای رفتاری نامطلوب آن از نگرانیهای مهم سلامت عمومی است و بررسی عوامل روانشناختی مؤثر در شکلگیری آن از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه خودشفقتورزی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در افراد با و بدون نشانگان اختلال بدشکلی بدن انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع علی مقایسهای بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان و مردان ۱۸ تا ۴۰ ساله شهر تهران در سال ۱۴۰۰ بود که از این جامعه ۳۱ نفر به عنوان گروه نمونه دارای نشانگان اختلال بدشکلی بدن و ۳۱ نفر به عنوان گروه نمونه بدون نشانگان اختلال بدشکلی بدن به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری- عملی ییل براون- اختلال بدشکلی بدن (۱۹۹۷)، مقیاس خودشفقتورزی (۲۰۱۱) و سیاهه انعطافپذیری شناختی (۲۰۱۰) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری به کمک نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۵ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد میانگین نمرات خودشفقتورزی (Eta=۰/۳۴، P=۰/۰۰۱، F=۳۱/۱۶) و انعطافپذیری شناختی (Eta=۰/۱۸، P=۰/۰۰۱، F=۳۱/۲۴) بهطور معناداری در گروه دارای نشانگان اختلال بدشکلی بدن پایینتر از گروه بدون نشانگان اختلال بدشکلی بدن بود و بین دو گروه از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۱>P). نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر بر اهمیت مکانیسمهای روانشناختی در علائم اختلال بدشکلی بدن تأکید دارد. این یافتهها نشان داد که رواندرمانگران باید در زمان پیشگیری و درمان به ویژگیهای روانشناختی خاص افراد دارای علائم اختلال بدشکلی بدن توجه اساسی داشته باشند.
Introduction: Negative body image and its adverse behavioral consequences are important public health concerns, and studying effective psychological factors in its formation is very important.
Aim: The present research aimed to compare Self-compassion and Cognitive flexibility in people with and without body dysmorphic disorder syndrome.
Method: The present study had a descriptive and causal-comparative design. The research population consisted of all women and men aged 18 to 40 of Tehran in 2022, from which a sample of 62 people was selected by available and purposeful sampling method (31 people as a sample group with symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder and 31 people as a sample group without symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder). Participants answered the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale modified for Body Dysmorphic Disorder: BDD-YBOCS (1997), Self-compassion Scale-Short Form (2011), and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (2010). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance, by SPSS-25 software.
Results: The results showed that the mean scores of self-compassion (F=31.16, P=0.001, Eta=0.34) and cognitive flexibility (F=31.24, P=0.001, Eta=0.18) were significantly lower in the group with symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder than the group without symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P
Conclusion: The present study highlighted the importance of psychological mechanisms in the symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder. These findings indicated that psychotherapists should pay essential attention to the special psychological attributes of people with symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder at the time of prevention and treatment.
