چکیده:
ادبیات علم مالی رفتاری اظهار میدارد که انسانها در عمل، رفتاری متفاوت ازآنچه که نظریههای مدرن مالی از انسان عقلایی ترسیم میکنند از خود بروز میدهند، لذا فرض منطقی بودن سرمایهگذاران و اعتقاد به کارا بودن بازارهای سهام مورد انتقاد قرار گرفته است. براین اساس، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر سوگیریهای رفتاری سرمایهگذاران بر چگونگی تصمیمگیری و کارایی بازار بهطور همزمان میپردازد که تاکنون به آن پرداخته نشده است. همچنین اهمیت درک فرآیند و نقش عوامل رفتاری بر تصمیمات سرمایهگذاران و کارایی بازار برای سیاستگذاران و قانونگذاران بازار سرمایه در آینده مشخص مینماید. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، از منظر روش پژوهشی توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه هدف این پژوهش سرمایهگذاران حقیقی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بودند و از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند در دسترس استفاده شد. برای تحلیل آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد سوگیریهای اعتماد بیشازحد، نمایندگی، دسترسیپذیری و لنگر انداختن و تعدیل تأثیر معناداری بر کارایی بازار دارد. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد سوگیری اعتماد بیشازحد، لنگر انداختن و تعدیل تأثیر معناداری بر تصمیمات سرمایهگذاری دارد. بنابراین بهطور کلی میتوان گفت سوگیریهای رفتاری بین سرمایهگذاران امری غیرقابل اجتناب است که تصمیمات سرمایهگذاران و کارایی بازار را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد.
The Behavioral finance literature states that human beings in practice behave differently from what modern financial theories portray as rational human beings, so the assumption of rationality of investors and the belief in the efficiency of stock markets has been criticized. Accordingly, the present study examines the impact of investor behavioral biases on how to make decisions and market efficiency simultaneously, which has not been addressed so far. It also highlights the importance of understanding the process and the role of behavioral factors in investor decisions and market efficiency for future capital market policymakers and regulators. The present study is applied in terms of type of use and descriptive-correlational research. The target population of this study was real investors in Tehran Stock Exchange and Available purposive sampling method was used. Structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data and test the conceptual model of the research. The research findings show that biases of overconfidence, representation, availability and anchoring and adjustment have a significant effect on market efficiency. Findings also showed that overconfidence bias, anchoring and adjustment have a significant effect on investment decisions. Behavioral biases among investors are inevitable that these biases can affect investors' decisions and market efficiency.

بر اين اساس با توجه به مباحث مطرح شده در رابطه با اهميت سوگيريهاي رفتاري بر بازار سرمايه ؛ پژوهش حاضر برآنست تا به طور خاص تاثير چهار مورد از سوگيرهاي ابتکاري ٤ شامل فرااعتمادي ٥، نمايندگي ٦، اتکا و تعديل ٧و دسترسي پذيري ٨را بر تصميمات سرمايه گذاري و کارآيي بازار در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بررسي کند تا سرمايه گذاران به درک و بينش صحيحي براي تصميمات سرمايه گذاري خود به تبع کارآيي بازار داشته باشند و متعاقب آن ، راهکاري براي بهبود عملکرد فعالان بازار سرمايه ارائه دهد.
