Comparative literature is a science that generally examines the relationship between the literature
of one nation and the literature of other nations, and it talks about how the literary works of one
nation are transferred to the literature of other nations. The transmission of literary works is
sometimes in the domain of words and topics, and sometimes in the domain of images and different
forms of expression and emotions. This article compares two stories with analytical-descriptive
method and with a comparative approach and has clarified that the original story is written by Jean
de Lafonin in the decade (1621-1695) AD, which he wrote in French with the title (The Bear and
the Two Hunters) ) and Iraj Mirza (1304-1253) translated it into Persian language and Ustad Hejar
(1369-1360) translated it into Kurdish language and made some changes in the story. The title of
the story is Iraj Mirza (Bear and Fishermen), which refers to the story itself, but the title of the
story is Ostad Hejhar (Varchi Nakozhrav Kaholi Mafarosheh), which tells the result of the story.
Iraj Mirza wrote the story in (28) verses in the form of Masnavi, but Master HeZhar wrote it in (9)
verses in the form of Masnavi. The story of Ostad Hejhar has been told in a brief way, he has not
praised Iraj Mirza, but he has told the introduction and the body of the story in a short way and
told the conclusion of the story in the last two verses. But Iraj Mirza tells the conclusion of the
story in the last three stanzas, and in the last two stanzas, he concludes his story by using a
guarantee from Ferdowsi and adds to the strength of his words. The character of the story is Iraj
Mirza (Alfred and August), as if he translated it, but the character of Ostad Hejhar (a cowardly and
lazy person). In Iraj Mirza's story, when the bear smelled August and thought it was dead, the bear
left, and Alfred smiled and told August what the bear said in the flesh: He said, "If you haven't
killed a bear, don't sell its skin." Iraj Mirza mentions that Alfred had a gun in his hand, when he
saw the bear that roared, he dropped the gun out of his hand and ran to the top of a tree. Master
Hajhar has translated the story briefly and they share the story of Iraj Mirza from the 17th stanza
onwards. The main concept of the two stories is about people who promise to give away things
they do not own and have not yet earned. It is said about those who promise things they don't have
and can't fulfill, they don't keep their promises.
