چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تمرینات برایتونیک بر افسردگی و تابآوری کادر درمان زن بخش کرونا بیمارستان انجام شد. روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر به شیوه نیمهآزمایشی بوده و به صورت طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کادر درمان زن بخش کرونای بیمارستانهای شهر پارسآباد در اسفندماه سال 1400 بود که 20 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری دادهها، از پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و مقیاس تابآوری کانر و دیویدسون استفاده شد. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 هفته در تمرینات برایتونیک شرکت کردند. جهت آزمون فرضیهها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده گردید. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تمرینات برایتونیک، باعث کاهش افسردگی و افزایش تابآوری در مرحله پسآزمون شده است (0/01>P). نتیجه-گیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، میتوان اینگونه نتیجهگیری کرد که از تمرینات برایتونیک میتوان جهت کاهش افسردگی و افزایش تابآوری، و در نتیجه، بهبود سلامت روان کادر درمان زن بخش کرونا بهره برد.
Background & Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Brytonic exercises on depression and resilience of female coronary therapists in hospitals. Methodology: The present study was a quasi-experimental study and was conducted as a pre test-post test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study included all female medical staff in the corona ward of Parsabad hospitals in Esfand 1400, 20 of whom were selected as the available sample. Beck Depression Inventory and Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale were used to collect data. The subjects in the experimental group participated in Brytonic exercises for 8 weeks. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to test the hypotheses. Results: The results showed that Brytonic exercises reduced depression and increased resilience in the post test phase (P<0.01). Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that Brytonic exercises can be used to reduce depression and increase resilience and, consequently, improve the mental health of female coronary therapists.
