چکیده:
مسئله عدالت از دیرباز گمشده بشریت بوده و برای تحقق آن در طول تاریخ هزینه های گزافی پرداخت کرده است. تمام ناملایمتی ها و نارسایی های زندگی بشر به نحوی از انحا قابل تحمل بوده و یا با آن کنار آمده است ولی بی عدالتی را برنتافته و با آن با شیوه های مختلف مبارزه کرده است.گاهی بخشی یا تمام زندگی خود را از دست داده و گاهی هم حیات خود را برای تحقق آن فدا کرده است.امام علی علیه السلام با آن شدت رعایت عدالت نه تنها صاحب منصبان خود را تحت نظر داشت بلکه منسوبین خویش را به طریق اولی نظارت و کنترل می کرد.در سیره امام علیه السلام تذکر، نظارت و بازرسی، حسابرسی و برخورد شایسته مشاهده می شود . نکته جالب در این رفتارها عدالتی است که زبانزد دوست و دشمن است.عدالت کلمه است که از آن برداشت های مختلف می شود و هرکس این کلمه مقدس را به گونه ای تعریف می کند ولی سیره امام علیه السلام سرآغاز و راهگشایی برای آزادیخواهان و عدالت جویان طول تاریخ گردید.امروزه وقتی کلمه عدالت گفته می شود اولین صورتی که به ذهن متبادر می گردد حکومت مقدس امیرالمومنین علی علیه السلام است.
