چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: پژوهشهای مختلفی در این باره صورت گرفته است ولی پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه دو روش مشاوره گروهی آدلری و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک در سرزندگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان پسر ناموفق کنکور می پردازد که در نوع خود نادر است. پژوهش حاضر با مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی آدلری و رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک در سرزندگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان پسر ناموفق کنکور شهر زنجان به صورت عملی انجام شد. روش پژوهش: طرح پژوهش حاضرکاربردی بوده و روش آن به صورت نیمه آزمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 587 نفر دانش آموزدبیرستانی پسر ناموفق در کنکور سال 1399 می باشد.که تعداد 45 نفر از این دانش آموزان به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفره (یک گروه گواه و دو گروه آزمایش) قرار گرفتند. در گروه اول مداخله بر اساس پروتکل مشاوره گروهی آدلری علیزاده و هاشمی (۱۳۸۷) و در گروه دوم مداخله بر اساس پروتکل رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی گروهی میلر و همکاران (2007) انجام گرفت و گروه سوم به عنوان گروه شاهد هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده های مورد نیاز در سه بازه زمانی پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری جمع آوری گردید. ابزارهای این پژوهش در هر سه مرحله از پرسشنامه سرزندگی تحصیلی (دهقانیزاده و چاری، 1391) با الگوگیری از مقیاس سرزندگی تحصیلی (مارتین و مارش، 2006) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر توسط نرم افزار SPSS-24 انجام گرفت. یافتهها: اثرگذاری روش رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر سرزندگی تحصیلی (52/99=F، 001/0>P) دانش آموزان بیشتر از روش مشاوره گروهی آدلری بوده است. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که برای ایجاد مجدد سرزندگی تحصیلی در دانش آموزانی دارای تجربه شکست تحصیلی هستند، میتوان از رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی استفاده نمود.
Background and Aim: Various researches have been conducted in this regard, but the present study compares two methods of Adlerian group counseling and dialectical behavior therapy in the academic life of male students who failed the entrance exam, which is rare in its kind. The present study was conducted by comparing the effectiveness of Adlerian group counseling and dialectical behavior therapy in the academic vitality of male students who failed the Zanjan entrance exam. Methods: The current research design is applied and its method is semi-experimental. The statistical population of this research includes 587 male high school students who failed in the 2019 entrance exam. 45 of these students were voluntarily selected and randomly divided into three groups of 15 (one control group and two experimental groups). In the first group, the intervention was based on the Adlerian group counseling protocol of Alizadeh and Hashemi (2007), and in the second group, the intervention was based on the dialectical behavior therapy protocol of Miller et al. (2007), and the third group, as a control group, did not receive any intervention. The required data were collected in three periods: pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The tools of this research were used in all three stages of the academic vitality questionnaire (Dehghanizadeh and Chari, 2013) based on the academic vitality scale (Martin and Marsh, 2006). Data analysis was done using repeated measure analysis of variance by SPSS-24 software. Results: The effect of dialectical behavior therapy method on students' academic vitality (F=99.52, PConclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that dialectical behavior therapy can be used to restore academic vitality in students who have experienced academic failure.
