Mulla Rajabali Tabrizi is one of the lessknown philosophers of the Safavid era. He had a high position in the court of Shah Abbas II. Therefore, sometimes the king asked him questions. The main issue of this article is the analysis and investigation of Tabrizi's political philosophy, and by collecting data base on Library sources and using the descriptive-analytical method, it seeks to answer this question, "What are the conditions of leadership and government from the point of view of Molla Rajabali Tabrizi and on what anthropological foundations Is it based?" The findings of the research show that Tabrizi, in response to Safavi's King question about the levels of the soul, after dividing the soul into higher souls; average and Lower souls, applies these levels to government officials. In the meantime, he also mentions the rank of prophet and successor, the rank of kingship and some imaginary principles to better understand this theory and thus his political philosophy based on his anthropological perspective becomes clear. It has also been found that although Tabrizi was influenced by Plato and Aristotle in the issue of leadership and government, and like Farabi, he talks about the dos, but his view on leadership and government and the ranks of officials was distinct among the philosophers of the Islamic period and originated from The foundations of his special anthropology.
