چکیده:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین بسته ارزشهای زندگی زناشویی و اثربخشی آموزش آن بر اختلافات زوجین و بهزیستی روانی زنان دارای نارضایتی زناشویی بود. پژوهش به روش ترکیبی (کیفی- کمی) انجام گرفت. پس از بررسی منابع علمی نوشتاری، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 10 نفر از متخصصان روانشناسی، تدوین بسته آموزشی صورت گرفت. روایی محتوایی بسته تدوین شده بر اساس شاخص لاواشه 94/0 میباشد. در بخش کمی از بین زنان دارای نارضایتی زناشویی شهر مشهد، 30 نفر با استفاده از روش هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه به طور تصادفی (گروه آزمایش و کنترل) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اختلافات زناشویی ثنایی (1379) و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) بود. بر اساس مؤلفههای استخراج شده از متون علمی و مصاحبه با متخصصان روانشناسی، بسته تدوین شده شامل آموزش ارزشهای زوجین و فردی، اولویتبندی ارزشهای زندگی، بیان تعارض ارزشها و زندگی در راستای ارزشها در طی 8 جلسه یک ساعته آموزش داده شد. تحلیل دادهها به کمک نرمافزار spss به روش تحلیل کوواریانس انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ارزشهای زندگی باعث کاهش اختلافات زوجین و همه ابعاد آن به جز جدا کردن امور مالی از یکدیگر و افزایش بهزیستی روانی و همه ابعاد آن در زنان دارای نارضایتی زناشویی شده است (05/0=p). در نتیجه روانشناسان و مشاوران میتوانند از این بسته آموزشی برای غنیسازی زندگی زنان متأهل استفاده کنند.
The aim of this study was to develop a package of married life values and its effectiveness on marital Disputes and psychological well-being of women with marital dissatisfaction. The research was conducted by combined method (qualitative-quantitative). After reviewing the written scientific sources, a semi-structured interview with 10 psychologists, an educational package was developed. The content validity of the package based on Lawshe index is 0.94. quantitative part of women with marital dissatisfaction in Mashhad, 30 people were selected using purposive methods and randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control groups). The research instruments included the Sanaei Marital Conflict Questionnaire (2000) and the Ryff Psychological Well being Questionnaire (1989). Based on the components extracted from scientific texts and interviews with psychologists, the developed package includes teaching the values of couples and individuals, prioritizing life values, expressing conflict of values and living in line with values, which was taught during 8 one-hour sessions. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software using analysis of covariance The results showed that educating the values of life has reduced couples' Disputesand all its dimensions except financial separation from each other and increased psychological well-being and all its dimensions in women with marital dissatisfaction (p≤0.05). As a result, psychologists and counselors can use this training package to enrich life of married women.

با بررسي پيشينه پژوهش ها مي توان بيان کرد که ارزش هاي زندگي در حيطه دانش آموزان و کودکان انجام شده است و در هيچ پژوهشي به بررسي آموزش ارزش هاي زندگي بر روي بهبود زندگي زوجين پرداخته نشده است و همين موضوع نشان دهنده خلأ پژوهشي در اين زمينه مي باشد؛ بنابراين تهيه بسته آموزشي و پرداختن به موضوع ارزش هاي زندگي از اين حيث داراي اهميت است که مي تواند تا حدودي مسائل و مشکلات پيشروي زنان ناخرسند را برطرف کرده و سطح طلاق عاطفي و اختلافات زندگي زناشويي آنان را کاهش دهد که در وهله اول مي تواند به تقويت بنيان خانواده کمک نموده و از سوي ديگر، خانواده را مکاني امن و آرامش دهنده براي والدين و به خصوص فرزندان کند و ميزان طلاق را کاهش دهد.
يکي ديگر از نتايج پژوهش اين بود که آموزش ارزش هاي زندگي باعث افزايش بهزيستي رواني زنان داراي نارضايتي زناشويي شده است .
