Urartiand ruled over the regions in the shores of Urmia Lake in Iran, Van Lake in Turkey and Sevan lake in Armenia from around 9th to 6th centuries BCE. Bullae are among the smallest but most significant pieces of information they have left. There are 1412 Urartian bullae discovered in the excavations of Bastam in North West of Iran and are kept in National Museum of Iran. They are tiny and sometimes inscribed directly or sealed with different stamp and cylinder seals. Previously, some contributions have been fulfilled regarding the bullae from Bastam. The author 's research was mainly focused on the bullae inscriptions and their seal impressions. Rusa II’s impression contains his name and his father’s name. Also, a scene of a servant bringing a shade, the king, a lion and a trident are depicted between the two lines of the inscription. There are slightly different details recognized by the author on the inscriptions, the place of the inscription comparing to the depicted scene and the elements of the scenes. Accordingly, the author proposed two categories and two subgroups of this sort of seal impression in this paper. She also compered Rusa II’s seal impressions in Bastam with his impressions on the bullae from Ayanais and Ziwiye and also proposed the symbolic interpretation of the element on this seal impression. Additionally, there are recognized stamp seal impressions on some bulla that are not the depiction of the king and his servant and are probably related to an Urartian cult.
