چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مشخصات روانسنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه خود گزارشی شخصیت DSM-5 (SCID-5-SPQ) در جمعیت بالینی مبتلا به اختلال‏های روانپزشکی شهر تهران صورت گرفت. روش: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه مطالعه حاضر شامل بیماران سرپایی و بستری مراجعهکننده به سه مرکز شهر تهران شامل مرکز آموزشی درمانی روانپزشکی ایران، مجتمع آموزشی درمانی حضرت رسول اکرم (ص) و درمانگاه دانشکده علوم رفتاری و سلامت روان (انستیتو روانپزشکی تهران) میباشد. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه عبارت بود از سن بین 18 تا 65 سال، رضایت آگاهانه جهت ورود به مطالعه و توانایی درک و تکلم به زبان فارسی و عدم مشکل جسمی خاص. نمونهگیری در این پژوهش به شیوه در دسترس انجام شد. در این پژوهش، علاوه بر پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، از نسخه فارسی مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته تشخیصی برای اختلالهای شخصیت DSM-5(R) (SCID-5-PD) و پرسشنامه غربالگری شخصیت DSM-5 (SCID-5-SPQ) استفاده شد. در نهایت بهمنظور ارزیابی اطلاعات از روشهای بررسی روایی صوری و همگرا، پایایی درونی و آزمونهای مقایسهای استفاده شد. یافتهها: براساس نتایج بهدستآمده، پرسشنامه غربالگری شخصیت DSM-5 (SCID-5-SPQ) دارای روایی صوری مطلوبی است. بررسی روایی همگرا این پرسشنامه با مصاحبه SCID نشان داد، تمامی زیر مقیاسها همبستگی مثبت معناداری در حد (P≥0.001) داشتند. همچنین، پایایی پرسشنامه 0.93 بود و بنابراین نسخه فارسی این پرسشنامه، ابزاری پایا به شمار میرود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای بهدستآمده از پژوهش حاضر، SCID-5-SPQ ابزاری معتبر است و میتوان در کلینیکها و بیمارستانهای روانپزشکی بهعنوان ابزار غربالگری اختلالات شخصیت بهتنهایی یا در کنار مصاحبه مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
Background and Aim: This study was conducted to investigate the psychometric characteristics of the Persian version of the self-report personality questionnaire (SCID-5-SPQ) in the clinical sample in Tehran.
Method: This is a descriptive and survey study. The present study population includes outpatients and inpatients referred to three centers in Tehran, including Iran Psychiatric Medical Center, Hazrat Rasool Akram Educational and Medical Complex and the Clinic of the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences andMental Health (Tehran Psychiatric Institute). Sampling in this study was performed in Convenience Sampling manner. In this study, in addition to the demographic questionnaire, the Persian version of the Structured clinical interview for the DSM-5 (SCID-5) and the self-report personality questionnaire (SCID-5-SPQ) were used. Finally, in order to evaluate the information, formal and convergent validity methods, internal reliability and comparative tests were used.
Results: The SCID-5-SPQ have a good formal narrative. A study of the convergent validity of this questionnaire with SCID interview showed that all subscales had a significant positive correlation (P≥0.001). Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.93, and therefore the Persian version of this questionnaire is considered a stable tool.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, SCID-5-SPQ is a more stable tool and can be used in psychiatric clinics and hospitals as a screening tool for personality disorders alone or in addition to interviews.
