چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: سواد انسانها در ابعاد مختلف موجب افزایش سلامت جسمانی و روانی آنها میشود. مدیران با تقویت بهبود فرایند آموزش بیسوادان و کمسوادان سهم مهمی در این زمینه دارند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عملکرد مدیران مدارس در جهت جذب و آموزش بیسوادان و کمسوادان در راستای افزایش سلامت آنان انجام شد. روش: طرح این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی ذینفعان آموزشی مدارس سوادآموزی استان کرمان بود. 270 نفر به عنوان نمونه با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملکرد مدیران و مقیاس سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و هیلر (1979) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی، t مستقل و آزمون رتبهای فریدمن تحلیل شد. یافتهها: میانگین عملکرد مدیران در فعالیتهای آموزشی 07/17، فعالیتهای پرورشی 55/19، نظارت و راهنمایی 65/16، مهارتهای روابط انسانی37/15، تجهیزات و امکانات آموزشی 14/17 و خلاقیت و نوآوری 44/17 بود. نتایج همبستگی سلامت عمومی سوادآموزان با فعالیتهای آموزشی 491/0، فعالیتهای پرورشی 523/0، نظارت و راهنمایی 406/0، مهارتهای روابط انسانی 475/0، تجهیزات و امکانات آموزشی 475/0 و خلاقیت و نوآوری 469/0 بود که بیانگر رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین عملکرد مدیران و سلامت عمومی سوادآموزان است. نتیجهگیری: مدیران مدارس سوادآموزی با جذب و آموزش بیسوادان و کمسوادان میتوانند نقش مهمی در تأمین سلامت آنها و بهدنبال آن سلامت جامعه داشته باشند.
Background: Human literacy in various dimensions increases their physical and mental health. Managers have an important role to play in strengthening the process of educating the illiterate and the illiterate. The aim of this study was to investigate the performance of school principals in attracting and educating illiterate and low-literate people in order to increase their health.
Methods: This is a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population included all educational stakeholders in schools of Kerman province. 270 people were selected as a sample by stratified sampling method and answered a researcher-made questionnaire of managers' performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test and Friedman rank test.
Results: The average performance of managers in educational activities was 17.07, parental infections 19.55, supervision and guidance 16.65, human relations skills 15.37, equipment and educational facilities 17.14 and creativity and innovation 0.44. It was 17. Also, educational activities, breeding activities, human relations skills are in the first to third priority.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that the managers of literacy schools can play an important role in ensuring their health and the health of the society by attracting and training the illiterate and low-educated.
