چکیده:
هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه باورهای معرفت شناختی و نیاز به شناخت دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز با رفتار اطلاعاتی آنان و همچنین بررسی رابطه این دو متغیر با یکدیگر است. روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در همه مقاطع تحصیلی میباشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، سه پرسشنامه بود که در اختیار آزمودنیها قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار SPSS در بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از نرم افزار Amos برای بررسی فرضیات پژوهش استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو سازه نیاز به شناخت و باورهای معرفتشناختی، بر رفتار اطلاعاتی دانشجویان تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند و از سوی دیگر، با یکدیگر رابطه دوسویه دارند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، دانشجویانی که سطوح باورهای معرفتی و نیاز به شناخت بالاتری دارند، در محیط اطلاعاتی، رفتار اطلاعاتی پیچیدهتر و کارآمدتری دارند. از طرفی رابطه دو متغیر نیاز به شناخت و باورهای معرفتی با یکدیگر به صورت تأثیر و تأثر است.
purpose: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between epistemological beliefs and the need for recognition among the students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz with their information behavior and also to examine the relationship between these two variables. Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of objective and descriptive and survey in terms of method. The statistical population of this study are all students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz at all educational levels. The instruments for data collection were three questionnaires that were presented to the subjects. SPSS software was used for data analysis in descriptive and inferential statistics and Amos software was used to investigate research hypotheses. Findings: The findings of this study showed that both factors of “requiring knowledge” and “epistemological beliefs” have a positive and significant effect on students' information behavior and, on the other hand, have a two-way relationship with each other. Conclusion: According to research findings, students with higher levels of “epistemic beliefs” and “knowledge requirement” have a more complex and efficient information behavior in an information environment. On the other hand, the relationship between the two variables "requiring knowledge" and "epistemological beliefs" is about influencing and being influenced.
