Background and Aim: Time management has helped people to organize their professional life. However, the existing literature does not show transparency about how time management leads to important outcomes such as problem solving and better quality of life. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to predict problem solving and quality of life based on time management mediated by mindfulness in NAJA Managers. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-correlation method with structural equation design. The statistical population was the managers of the NAJA in Tehran in 1399, from which 73 people were selected by convenience sampling. Then they answered the mindfulness questionnaires of Bayer et al (2006), Karami Moghaddam Time Management (1998), the quality of life of the World Health Organization (1996) and Heppner and Peterson (1982) problem solving. Findings: The research model had a goodness of fit. All direct and indirect relationships were significant and the model was validated. Time management positively predicted problem-solving mindset and quality of life. In addition, time management through mindfulness also predicted problem-solving skills and quality of life (P <0.05).Results: In order to better solve the problem and increase the quality of life of managers in difficult job situations, time management should be emphasized and used strategies to increase the mindfulness in managers to act more effectively in planning and goal setting.
