چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: در تاریخ پزشکی ایران و اسلام پزشکان نام آوری برخاسته اند که برخی چندان شناخته شده نیستند. عریب بن سعد قرطبی یکی از بزرگان و متخصصان عرصه پزشکی است که در عصر طلایی تاریخ و فرهنگ تمدن اندلس (اسپانیا) در دوران حکمرانی خلفای اموی اندلس (عبدالرحمان الناصر و الحکم المستنصر) فعالیت علمی داشت. گرچه شهرت عریب به واسطه نگارش اثر تاریخیاش «صله تاریخ طبری» است، اما مطالعه و واکاوی متون و آثار علمی این دانشمند حکایت از مهارت و تخصص وی در ادبیات، تاریخ، ستاره شناسی، پزشکی و شاخه های مرتبط با آن مانند داروشناسی دارد. مسئله اصلی این نوشته بررسی و تبیین سهم و جایگاه عریب در دانش پزشکی با تکیه بر بازکاوی شاهکار پزشکی او رساله «خلق الجنین و تدبیر الحبالی و المولودین» است. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی و تحلیلی و با تکیه به روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای نوشته شده است. یافتهها: عریب بعد از فراگیری دانش پزشکی به دربار امویان راه یافت و این اثر را به خواهش الحکم دوم به رشته تحریر در آورد. در سده های نخست هجری، پزشکی زنان و زایمان و طب کودکان به دلیل پیوستگی مطالب یک حوزه به شمار می رفته است و عریب نیز در رساله خود این مباحث را از هم تفکیک نکرده است. رساله «خلق الجنین» مشتمل بر پانزده باب یا فصل است که محور و موضوع اصلی آن جنینشناسی (مامایی) و بیماری های زنان و زایمان است که نویسنده بخش هایی را هم به موضوعات پزشکی کودکان (انواع بیماری های کودک، شیوه ابتلا و روش درمان) اختصاص داده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: صداقت و امانتداری در ارائه گزارش و انتشار مطالب رعایت گردیده است. نتیجهگیری: مطالعات حاکی از آن است که رساله «خلق الجنین» نخستین متن علمی است که به مراحل تدریجی تکامل جنین به شیوه علمی پرداخته است. موضوعاتی همچون روش های تسهیل زایمان، درمان نازایی و تاکید نویسنده بر تربیت کودک از جنبه پزشکی و روانشناسی از نکات شاخص و مهم دیگر این اثر به شمار می روند. در این پژوهش تلاش می شود نخست به حیات و زندگینامه علمی عریب و معرفی اجمالی آثار وی پرداخته شود؛ در ادامه با واکاوی رساله پزشکی او، جایگاه وی در دانش پزشکی تبیین و بازخوانی شود.
Background and Aim: The scientific works inherited from this scholar are evidence of his expertise in literature, history, medicine, and medicine-related fields such as pharmacology. Orayb ibn Sa'ad Qortobi is one of the prominent figures in the realm of medicine who conducted scientific research in the golden age of the history and culture of Andalusian civilization (Spain) during the rule of the Andalusian Caliphs (Abdul Rahman al-Nasser and al-Hakam al-Mustasnar). Much of Orayb’s fame is in history known as "Seleh al-Tabari Tarikh. He was an expert in in literature, history, astronomy and science of medicine and its related branches such as pharmacology. In this paper we want to research his role in medicine and his book “ Khalq al-Janin wa Tadbir al-Habali wa Al-Moloudin” is introduced. Materials and Methods: This research has been written With the help of the library method.
Findings: With Orayb rising to stardom in the medical science, Khalifa al- Hakam requested him to produce a work. In the medical schools of Muslims in the early centuries, gynecology, obstetrics and pediatrics constituted a unified domain due to the integrity and linkage of contents. In his manuscript Khalq al-Janin, Orayb has not distinguished gynecological, obstetric, and pediatric diseases. "Khalq al-Janin wa Tadbir al-Habali wa Al-Moloudin", has 15 chapters ashygiene, health and nutrition of pregnant women and infants as well as pediatrics and the prevention and treatment of diseases in mothers and infants. He therefore authored a treatise on Midwifery, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pediatrics. Ethical Considerations: Honesty and fidelity were observed in the analysis, reporting and publication of materials. Conclusion: This treatise is one of the seminal medical works of Orayb, which according to some scholars, is the first book to scientifically discuss all matters and subjects relating to embryology, childbirth, requirements of pregnancy, infants and children, child nutrition, health and treatment of pediatric diseases.This paper aims to look into the scientific life and achievements of Orayb ibn Sa'ad and to explore some of his works in this field. In the medical history of Iran and Islam, there are a number of physicians, some of whom are not adequately known.
