چکیده:
مقدمه: شیوع اختلالات روانی در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی نگران کننده است؛ و آنان به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم در خصوص سلامتی مردم در محیط های پر استرس و تنش زا نقش ایفا خواهند نمود که برای سلامت روان مضر است، از طرفی در برخی مطالعات انس با قران کریم عاملی در بهبود سلامت روان معرفی شده است؛ لذا در این مطالعه به مرور مطالعات مربوطه پرداخته و در خصوص نتایج مربوطه و عوامل موثر بررسی صورت می پذیرد.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مروری روایتی با شناسایی پژوهش های مرتبط با انس با قرآن و سلامت روان در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی در سال 1400 انجام شد، برای گردآوری منابع در پایگاه های Google Scholar، Web of Science، Scopus، SID، Magiran و IranDoc بدون محدودیت زمانی جستجوهای لازم انجام پذیرفت؛ که با مرور عناوین 116 مقاله، و با تاکید بر مطالعات کمی، دسترسی به اصل مقالات و پس از مطالعه چکیده ها، 38 مقاله و نهایتا 4 مطالعه کاملا مرتبط یافته شد.
یافته ها: مطالعات در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی تهران (رشته های پیراپزشکی)، کاشان (دانشجویان پرستاری) ، جیرفت (ترکیب رشته ها) و بیرجند (ترکیب رشته ها) به انجام رسیده بود. وضعیت سلامت روان در سه مطالعه متوسط به بالا بود. یافته های سه مطالعه حاکی از ارتباط معنادار و مثبت انس با قران با سلامت روان و در یک مطالعه با یکی از ابعاد سلامت روان دانشجویان مورد مطالعه بود.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به ارتباطات معنادار و مستقیم، برای تقویت سلامت روان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی، لازم است از فرصت زندگی دانشجویی و محیط دانشگاه اقدام گردد؛ ارائه برنامه های جانبی انس با قرآن در ابعاد شخص دانشجو، خانواده و جمع دوستان با تقویت پیش زمینه های فرهنگی ضروری است.
Purpose: The prevalence of mental disorders among medical students is worrying; and they will directly and indirectly play a role in people's health in stressful environments, which is harmful to their mental health. On the other hand, in some studies, the Qur'anic intimacy has been effective on improvement of mental health; therefore, in this study, related studies are reviewed and the relevant results and effective factors are investigated.
Materials and Methods: This narrative review was conducted by identifying studies related to Qur'anic intimacy and mental health among medical students in 2021, for data collecting, searches were performed in Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, SID, Magiran and IranDoc databases without time limit. By title reviewing, 116 articles were found, and with emphasis on quantitative studies, the original articles accessibility and after studying the abstracts, 38 articles and finally 4 completely related articles were found.
Fimdings: Reviewed studies had been conducted in Tehran (paramedical disciplines), Kashan (nursing students), Jiroft (deferent discipline) and Birjand (deferent discipline) Universities of Medical Sciences. Mental health status was moderate to high in three studies. The findings of three studies showed a significant and positive relationship between Qur'anic intimacy with mental health and in the other one with one of mental health’s dimensions.
Conclusion: Considering the meaningful and direct relationships, in order to strengthen the mental health of medical students, it is necessary to use from the opportunity of the student life and the campus environment to provide Qur'anic side programs for student, her/his family and friends by developing cultural infrastructure.
