چکیده:
مقدمه: آموزش پرستاری در دهههای اخیر با سرعت زیادی درحال گسترش بوده است. در کنار گسترش کمی آموزش، نادیده انگاشتن کیفیت مطالب و کارایی دانشآموختگان، نگرانی عمده محسوب میشود. باتوجه به اینکه مطالعات اندکی درخصوص مقایسه ساختار آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران با سایر کشورها انجام شده، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و مقایسه برنامه آموزش کارشناسی پرستاری در ایران و تورنتو کانادا انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی – تطبیقی، سال 1396 انجام گردید. بهمنظور مقایسه عناصر تشکیلدهنده برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران و کانادا، با جستجوی اینترنتی، اطلاعات لازم جمعآوری و با استفاده از الگوی چهار مرحلهای بردی تطبیق برنامهها انجام شد.
یافتهها: دوره کارشناسی پرستاری در ایران و تورنتو بهصورت تماموقت، حضوری و با تأکید بر اصل دانشجو محوری است. از نظر ساختار تفاوتهای فراوانی دارند، اما بهطور کل شباهتهایی در زمینه اهداف، نقشها و توانمندیها وجود دارد. در دانشکده تورنتو برخی از دروس بصورت آنلاین ارائه میگردد ضمن اینکه ارزشیابی دروس عملی بهروش قبول/رد میباشد. تقویت تفکر انتقادی نیز در تورنتو تأکید میشود.
نتیجهگیری: نقطه عطف برنامه تورنتو، مدت زمان دو ساله (سه ترم) میباشد. البته با گذراندن دورههایی (علوم انسانی) دانشجو به درک مناسبی از ماهیت انسان و نوعدوستی رسیده، با علاقه و انگیزه به تحصیل میپردازد. در ایران با توجه به نیازهای درحال گسترش این رشته و انتظارات فارغ التحصیلان نیاز به تغییرات اساسی در ساختار، محتوا و تکنیک آموزشی میباشد. لذا توصیه میشود در کنار تمامی پیشنهادات داده شده از متون مختلف، برنامه کارشناسی پرستاری ایران تحت بازنگری قرار گیرد.
Introduction: Nursing education has been developing rapidly in recent decades as part of the higher education system. It is worrying to pay attention to the quantity of training and neglect of the quality and efficiency of students led to this study the lack of comparing the structure of the nursing bachelor's degree in Iran with other countries. The aim is identify and compare the nursing bachelor program in Iran and Toronto, Canada.
Methods: This descriptive - comparative study was carried out in 2017. In order to compare the elements of Iran and Canada nursing undergraduate training programs, Internet search was performed by collecting the information and using the four-step model of implementation of the programs.
Results: Both programs are full-time, in-person, with emphasis on student-centered principals. There are differences in structure but similarities in goals, roles and abilities. At Toronto, some courses are offered online, while evaluating practical lessons by pass / Fail. Stressing critical thinking is also emphasized in Toronto.
Conclusions: The turning point for the Toronto program is two years (three semesters), Of course, having passed the courses (humanities), students get a good understanding of the nature of humanity and altruism, with interest and motivation. In Iran, due to the growing needs of graduates and the expectations of graduates, there is a need for fundamental changes in the structure, content and educational technique. Therefore, it is advisable to review the Iranian curriculum in addition to the suggestions of the texts.
