چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین خودپندارۀ بدنی و موفّقیت ورزش با حس حرکت در دانشجویان مرد ورزشکار بود. روش شناسی: روش استفاده شده در این تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. بدین منظور، براساس نمونهگیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای یکصد نفر در رشتههای مختلف والیبال، بدمینتون و کشتی بطور هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامۀ مشخصات فردی، خودپندارۀ بدنی و خود تنظیمی در ورزش و همچنین آزمونهای تنظیم زاویه دست برتر ژکوفسکی و کنترل نیرو دست برتر آبلاکووا استفاده شد. نتایج: اطلاعات جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان و تحلیل واریانسها بررسی شدند. یافتهها رابطۀ معناداری را بین خودپندارۀ بدنی و موفّقیت ورزشی با حس حرکت در گروههای مختلف نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد ورزشهایی که عامل اصلی موفّقیت در آنها حس حرکت دست برتر میباشد از حس حرکت بهتر و خودپندارۀ بدنی بیشتری برخوردارند.کلید واژهها: خودپندارۀ بدنی، کنترل نیرو، تنظیم زاویه دست برتر، خودتنظیمی در ورزش، ورزشکاران.
Introduction & Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to determine relationship between physical self- concept and sport success with kinesthesia in fields of volleyball, badminton and wrestling in male athletic college students. Methodology: The method used in this study was descriptive and correlational. Therefore, 100 students athletic in different fields purposefully using random multistage sampling were selected (Volleyball, badminton and wrestling). Personal information questionnaire, Short-Form of Physical Self-Description Questionnaire and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire and zhukovski dominant-hand's angle accommodation tests and Ablacova force control dominant-hand's were used in order to collect data. Results: Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test, simultaneous multilevel regression test and analysis variance test. Shown in the results, there is a statistically significant relationship between physical self-concept and sport success with kinesthesia in different fields. Conclusion: The results showed, sports of which kinesthesia of the dominant hand was their main reason of success had better kinesthesia and physical self-concept.
