The purpose of this study was to investi-gate the mediating role of parentification in the relationship between boundary ambi-guity with family support, family satisfa-ction, and perceived stress in adolescent girls in divorce families. For this purpose, 159 Girls from 12 to 16 years old were selected through voluntary sampling and they answered the boundary ambiguity sc-ale, parentification scale, multidimensi-onal perceived social support, multidimen-sional student's life satisfaction scale, and perceived stress scale. Path analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this analysis confirmed the intermediation role of parentification in the relationship of boundary ambiguity with family satisfaction and perceived stress. But this role was not significant in the relationship of boundary ambiguity with family support. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the ambiguity in family boundaries does not disappear after pare-ntal divorce, parentification as a result of boundary ambiguity results in reducing family support and increasing perceived stress in adolescent girls, it also plays a mediating role in the relationship among boundary ambiguity, family satisfaction and perceived stress.
